My name is Adelka, and I warmly welcome you into my world of cooking and baking — a journey that began in the charming streets of old Bratislava, near the Blue Church, Dunajská Street, and the once-bustling Prior department store where I grew up.

 

I create clear and thoughtful recipes with the romantic soul of historical Prešporok, infused with a modern twist and the rhythm of everyday life.

You’ll find cakes like grandma used to make, comforting Sunday broths, and simple dishes that nourish both body and soul.

 

Some of my recipes carry the scent of the past, others were born from pure joy — cooked from the heart, just because.

 

I’m now sharing this little part of my world in English, too, so that food lovers beyond Slovakia can enjoy my recipes.
